Incorrect Address

Entering an incorrect shipping address will delay the preparation and shipping of your order until the address is corrected.

  • You can edit the shipping address and contact details via customer service within 6 hours only of placing the order (before it ships).
  • If the order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly for any changes.
  • If the address is not corrected and the order is delivered to the wrong address, the customer bears full responsibility and is not entitled to a refund.
