Important Notes

Entering an incorrect shipping address will result in a delay in processing and shipping your order until the address is corrected.
You can modify your shipping address and contact information through our customer service within 6 hours only of placing the order (before it is shipped).
If the order has already been shipped, you must contact the shipping company directly to make any modifications.
In the event that the address is not corrected and the order is delivered to the wrong address, the customer bears full responsibility and is not entitled to claim a refund.
The timeframes mentioned are business days, which include Sunday through Thursday only, and exclude public holidays and weekends.
